A La Carte Menu Services is a wholly minority-female owned small business providing contract and consumer based feeding. We serve Corporations, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and retail consumer markets providing fresh foods with real time progressive cooking methods. ALC owns the Winner’s Chicken and Biscuits brand, A La Carte has over 80 years of combined experience in the foodservice arena, with a demonstrated capability to develop and implement a diversified and innovative approach to dining services. A La Carte provides a variety of customized foodservice programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
